Larger 100x100 Avatars

I've made some changes to the way the forum handles avatars and I've upped the maximum size to 100x100 to be the same as most other sites.

I've also noticed that there were about 15 users with avatars that got corrupted somehow and I had to delete their avatars.  So if your avatar picture is missing, just upload a new one.
